It sure is.  The baking directions are right on the pouch. Simply add a 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce and a 3/4 cup of water to the mix, stir it all up, place it in an 8x4 inch bread loaf pan, and bake it at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
